Return Policy
All llamas are sold in good health and condition when they leave the farm and, in general, are sold as is.
All female llamas sold for breeding purposes are sold with the ability to conceive, from healthy male llamas, and bear crias.
If a female llama, sold for breeding purposes, fails to conceive, other than from contracting an infection or disease, may be returned, in the same condition as originally shipped, for an exchange for a female that will conceive. As an alternative buyer may agree to allow HVF to impregnate said female on its premises before the exchange.
All male llamas sold for breeding purposes are sold with the ability to impregnate healthy female llamas.
If a male llama, sold for breeding purposes, fails to impregnate a healthy female llama, other than from contracting an infection or disease, may be returned, in the same condition as originally shipped, for an exchange for a male that will impregnate. As an alternative buyer may agree to allow HVF to impregnate a female on its premises before the exchange.
All llamas that are sold as pets, packers etc. are sold in good health with no other stated or implied abilities.
All llamas that are sold as guard animals for sheep, goats or alpacas, come with a guarantee that they will guard or may be exchanged for one that will guard.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is up to the buyer.
Shipping is available from Hidden Valley Farm as follows:
1. Shipping of llamas within a 50 mile radius of Hidden Valley Farm is free.
2. Shipping to farms beyond 50 miles but not further than 150 miles is available at competitive rates.
